Nate Bergengren has been our lead music person since we started in 2006, and now he has accepted a new job at Prince of Peace in Brooklyn Park.  It is part of our mission to help prepare a new era of leaders for the church and that’s precisely why Nate got this job.  So while it’s hard to see him go and we will sure miss him, it’s also good news.  It’s also great that we have Justin Rimbo on board to fill-in the interim as we decide how to move forward.  We’ll have a big party for him on Sunday, Feb 12.  Here are the details:

Jacob's Well has very different musical tastes and we take this art form very seriously.  It's hard to find a person who doesn't like music (are there any out there at all?). Around South Minneapolis, most of us listen to the Current 89.3 and enjoy a wide variety of genres.  We "dabble" with an array of genres from acoustic pop to folk, country to hard rock, jazz to R&B.
