Kids and Youth

Kids and youth are an important part of the Jacob's Well community.  We enjoy worshipping, serving, sharing, and having fun together! Kids, youth, parents, and community partner together to find ways to get to know God better and to see how we all are a part of God's continuing story of love and faithfulness.

We do this through...

BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

encouraging places for kids and youth to grow friendships within a faith community and learning how to care for one another.

allowing space for young people to ask questions about their faith and wrestling with how to trust God with the big and small parts of life.

inviting mentors and leaders who have a passion for sharing God's love with young people and are willing to invest in making a difference in the lives of kids.

FAITH LEARING: Know it - Grow it - Show it!

doing what ever it takes to capture the interest and attention of kids and youth, creating a place where kids feel welcome and excited to come and explore who God is and how God is always seeking a relationship with us.

engaging in God's word in ways that are both meaningful and memorable.

worshiping in ways that allow kids and youth to come into God's presence in ways that make sense and are relevent to young people.

providing ways for kids to apply in easy hands-on and authentic ways what they have learned and experienced.

EQUIPPING PARENTS

helping parents to grow in their own faith.

providing practical, fun, and engaging ways for families to expand what happens on Sunday throughout the week.

connecting families through Grouplife as a way to learn together and support each other along the journey.

encouraging families to worship, learn, share, and serve together.

working intentionally to combine the influences of church and family to make a greater impact in the lives of our children.
