The Lounge

Middle School kids are invited to head on over to the Lounge on Sunday mornings - a great place to hang out with friends, play games, and munch on snacks. Leaders help equip kids with the tools that help them to grow their faith, providing a safe place to explore questions, and great people to be on the journey with. Middle School youth will be introduced to R.O.P.E – Rights Of Passage Experiences. Teens will be challenged to take steps to make their faith personal and explore ways to share their faith with others.

This week (February 5) in The Lounge: Do you like church music?  What if church music could be found on 101.3?  The psalms talk about how “the earth is the Lord’s and everything in it” so is there a different between finding God in traditional church music and music we hear on the radio or on our favorite cd? Join us in the Lounge this Sunday as we talk about “church music” and how we can encounter God in all kinds of music.
