Opportunity to "Be the Well" through service

Hi All, As my previous post told you I am holding a benefit for the recovery home Women of Grace. God is pulling together so many people to participate and I am needing a few hands for helping the day of.

The event is Saturday June 21st from 12pm-3

 We need help setting up say 10am at Pilgrim United Methodist Parking lot  4325 Zachary LN N Plymouth, MN

I am needing youth or parents of youth to help run the carnival games

I encourage us to wear our Jacobs well T-Shirts to get the word out.

As I speak about casting the vision, I want to encourage youth and parents to watch other people's children so they are able to hear and catch the vision. 

We are also having a silent auction, so if any of you have things to donate or have connections with those that are willing to give things to auction, I need your help. I also need some people to do the running around and asking local businesses for items. Let me know if you can help in this capacity.

Lastly, I need a group people for helping clean up at 3:00pm.

I wanted to update you that we have 4 live bands playing: Lyle from PUMC, Sara Renner, our very own Nate and Beautiful Grey from Spirit Garage.  

 I would appreciate any help you can give and look forward to seeing you all there whether you help in any area or just show up to enjoy it!
