Summer 2018 – Bay Lake & Sailing

Check out summer opportunities for kids…

BAY LAKE CAMP:

What: A few times a year we take the time to get away from the busyness, and pressures of our everyday life and spend some concentrated time learning, sharing, serving, and connecting with one another.

Who: This year we are offering two camps Elementary (kids who have completed grades 3-5) and Middle School (grades 6-8).  High School youth are invited and encouraged to be a youth counselor!

When: August 13 – August 16

Cost & Registration: $280 (Mail a completed registration form and medical form, along with your payment to Bay Lake Camp 463 Maria Ave., St. Paul, MN 55106). As always, there is a “pay what you can” option.

Info Session: We will be meeting after the gathering on April 29 (11:45am) in the Media Center to find out more about camp and answer questions, especially since we are inviting elementary kids for the first time!  If you have been to camp and can come and share your experience with others, that would be great! More info here.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact Heidi!  Help spread the word!  Friends are always welcome!

HIGH SCHOOL SAILING TRIP

What: We have secured 2 boats and 2 great captains to help youth experience what sailing in the Apostle Islands is like, as well as gathering around some significant stuff with people that we want to learn to be community with. (It does take a bit of community building to live on a boat for 5 days!)

Who: Kids who have completed grades 8-12.

When: June 11-15

Cost: $350 (Reserve your spot now by sending $100 to the Jacob’s Well office…3751 17th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN  55407. Checks payable to Jacob’s Well).
